We collected data on persistent EDI shortcomings in our department through an anonymous online survey and a moderated discussion session. The survey was open to all members of the department from June 2 to June 19, 2020. The moderated discussion was hosted on June 16, 2020. Over 50 people responded to the survey and over 70 participated in the virtual discussion. Please read our report for details of our survey findings.
